Terms of Service

Plans. The $1 First Event is a one-time trial: one event, live for 30 days from creation, with up to 150 photos and 5 videos (videos up to 100 MB each). Its date is locked at creation and it is limited to one trial per account. After 30 days the event goes offline and its photos are permanently deleted following a short grace period. Unlimited ($19/month) removes these limits — unlimited events and media, editable dates, and events that never expire.

Pausing (Unlimited). You may pause your subscription for 1–3 months; your events go offline and you are not billed until it automatically resumes. Pausing is limited to twice per active cycle, after which about a month of active billing is required before pausing again.

Cancellation. When a subscription is cancelled (including after failed payments), your events go offline and enter a 60-day grace period, after which your events, media, and reserved links are permanently deleted. Your login is preserved — re-subscribe any time during the grace period to restore everything, or start fresh afterward. Download your photos before the grace period ends.

General. All sales are final — no refunds. Financial disputes should be directed to your payment provider (Stripe). We are not responsible for any data loss; keep your own backups. Inappropriate content or policy violations may result in suspension or deletion at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
